Getting useful support to the right businesses at the right time needs a sophisticated digital customer experience strategy. We’re helping make this possible through a five-year transformation programme to create a customer first, data driven and AI ready ecosystem of websites using CoreMedia DXP | CMS technologies.

We’re delivering complex digital experiences, from the ground up with brand new builds, as well as the re-platform and enhancement of existing websites, in just 90 days from kick-off to go-live.

Enterprise-ireland.com delivers a portal experience with a single sign-on for existing clients. Client profile data from the CRM system integrates with the website DXP and can be used together with transaction history and real-time browsing data to deliver tailored content and personalised dashboards.

Clients track their live activity, review actions, receive alerts and keep track of next steps. System wide content taxonomies can curate content across Enterprise Ireland, serving personalised experiences based on the client’s sector, support history and business need. Suggestions for future support services can be pushed to the client based on their profile data and real-time browsing.

The site is device responsive, GDPR and CCPA compliant, and W3C accessibility monitored and maintained.

Tailored support for business

National Enterprise Hub is the brand new central hub for all Irish Government bodies offering support to business. It brings together over 180 services to provide a single source for all support. From simple and easy access to grants, to tailored expert advice and training, for the first time all the information is in one place.

Site wide taxonomies allow businesses to search and filter using sector, size and business need. Page content can be tailored using site browsing data to actively push relevant support services.

AI driven chat provides real-time help and advice, with an additional human touch available through an integrated live chat with a team of advisors. The DXP tool can alert the back-of-house team to client browsing behaviour which might indicate the need for additional help and guidance, so they can get involved and offer additional support.
